KERSHAW LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
To ensure you get a lifetime of service from your Kershaw, our products are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. In addition to supporting our products with this warranty, we are happy to repair your Kershaw or Zero Tolerance knife at no charge when submitted for warranty service. Please note that service is available only to Canadian residents.

ZERO TOLERANCE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

In addition to supporting our products with this warranty, we are happy to repair your ZT knife at no charge when submitted for warranty service. (If you have a broken ZT blade that is not covered by warranty, please see the information below.)
REPLACEMENT PARTS
Pocket clips can bend. Screws can get lost. To keep your Kershaw performing its best, we offer a selection of complimentary replacement parts. Parts can be shipped only within Canada. If you are located outside Canada, please contact the authorized dealer from whom you purchased your knife.

ZERO TOLERANCE PARTS
Replacement parts may be available for many current and discontinued ZT models. Depending on the model and component requested, parts may be available at no charge or may be subject to a service fee.

DISCONTINUED MODELS

Please note that replacement parts can only be shipped within Canada. Customers outside Canada should contact the dealer from whom the knife was originally purchased.

BLADE REPLACEMENT
In addition to the replacement parts listed above, we can replace broken blades that are not covered under warranty. Please note that blade availability varies, and replacement blades may not include the original laser markings.
All blade replacements must be performed by our service department. Replacement blades cannot be shipped directly to customers for self-installation.
